View sample details

Use the View Sample Details use case details to review detailed information about a selected quality sample. It’s designed to give supervisors or operators a clear snapshot of the sample’s context and status without allowing any edits.

View sample details

• Select the View Sample Details panel button.

  The View Sample use case details open. Note that the sample details properties are read-only. The following standard sample details are available to review:

  • Item ID: The unique ID of the item being sampled.

  • Sample Frequency: How often the sample is taken.

  • Operation: The production operation linked to the sample.

  • Lot / SubLot: Unique batch identifiers.

  • Pulled Time: When the sample was taken.

  • Expiry Time: When the sample becomes invalid.

  • Finalized At: Timestamp if the sample has been finalized.
