View Utilization details

The Utilization tab provides a visual overview of how equipment time is being used over a selected period. It is designed to help users identify the most frequent and time-consuming utilization states, enabling better understanding of equipment availability and operational patterns.

This tab is read-only and helps users pinpoint inefficiencies and recurring downtime causes.

• Select the Utilization tab.

  By default, the following metrics are displayed as bar charts:

  • Top 5 Reasons by Duration: Shows the five most time-consuming utilization states, measured in minutes.

  • Top 5 Reasons by Count: Displays the five most frequently occurring utilization states, based on the number of events.

  The duration of each event is calculated from its start time to the end of the selected analysis period. For example, if an event is still active and began 90 minutes ago:

  • It will show as 60 minutes if the filter is set to 1 hour.

  • It will show as 90 minutes if the filter is set to 12 hours.

  Adjust the time filter using the Utilization and KPI quick filters to focus on a specific time interval.
