The OEE Details tab provides a visual breakdown of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for the selected equipment over a specified time period. It is designed to help users evaluate equipment performance by analyzing availability, performance, and quality metrics.

This tab is read-only and helps users identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities based on real-time or historical data.

• Select the OEE Details tab.

  By default, the following metrics are displayed as gauges:

  • Availability: The ratio of actual runtime to total time (runtime + downtime).

  • Performance: The ratio of actual good production rate to the estimated rate.

  • Quality: The ratio of good units produced to total units (good + rejected).

  • OEE: A composite metric calculated by multiplying Availability, Performance, and Quality.

  Adjust the time filter using the Utilization and KPI quick filters to focus on a specific time interval.
