Navigate the Work Order Management use case

Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console for the equipment of interest and then select the Job Management tab. Select a job and then execute work order management use case details on the active work order.

Navigate the Job Management use case

  1. Open the Supervisory (or Operator) console.

  2. Select the equipment of interest.

  3. Select the Work Order Management tab.

    The work order list for the selected equipment is displayed.

    Available properties in the work order list include:

    • Work order: The work order ID.

    • Process ID: The process ID associated with the work order.

    • Item ID: The unique item that the work order is created for. It represents the material or product that is produced (semi-finished or finished).

    • Item description: The description of the material or product produced by the work order.

    • Units: Units of measure for the items.

    • Due date: The planned work order completion date and time.

    • Status: The current state of the work order (Released, Started, Completed, Closed).

    • Quantity (Qty): The quantity of produced items.

    • Equipment: The equipment the work order is being completed on.

  4. To find the work order of interest:

    Use the quick filters to filter the list based on status.

    The Work Order Management quick filters.

    Alternatively, select a filter period to view only work orders for a specific time interval.

  5. Select the work order you wish to execute use case details on.
