The Utilization & KPI use case integrates a focused set of MES performance monitoring capabilities into a single, module-centric interface designed for supervisory users and operators. It enhances visibility into equipment utilization and key performance indicators (KPIs) through a configurable tab-based layout.
This use case enables users to review and analyze equipment performance using time-based filters and graphical dashboards. By default, It includes tabs for Production, OEE Details, and Utilization, each offering read-only insights such as production counts, reject reasons, availability, performance, quality, and top utilization states by duration and count. These visualizations help users quickly assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
The Utilization & KPI use case is typically embedded in the Supervisory or Operator console, depending on user roles and access rights. It provides centralized access to AVEVA standard use case components and is designed for view-only analysis of preselected equipment.
