Add attribute

Use the Add Attribute use case details to assign a new attribute to a selected inventory lot or sublot. This function is enables users to enrich inventory records with traceable, structured metadata.

Add attribute

1. Select the Add Attribute panel button.

   The Add Attribute use case details open. The following standard attribute properties are available for update:

   • Item Description: Description of the inventory item.

   • Lot No: Unique identifier for the lot.

   • Sublot No: If applicable, an identifier for the sublot.

   • Attribute: Name of the attribute.

   • Attribute value: Value assigned to the attribute.

   • Notes: (Optional) Additional context or notes related to the attribute.

   Note: The new attribute must be unique. Duplicate attributes cannot be saved.

2. Select Add.

   The attribute is immediately added to the lot or sublot.
