Use Inventory Management quick filters to streamline the process of locating and managing inventory by allowing users to narrow down the inventory list based on specific criteria. This feature is especially useful for operators and supervisors who need to quickly identify relevant inventory records in a production or warehouse environment.
Quick Filters are pre-configured filtering tools that help users refine the inventory list displayed in the Inventory Management interface. They are located above the inventory list and include:
-
State filter: Enables users to filter inventory items based on their current condition (e.g., GOODSTATE, BADSTATE, NORMAL). This helps focus on items that are in usable or critical states.
-
Grade filter: Enables users to filter items by quality classification (e.g., GOODGRADE, BADGRADE, ACCEPTABLE). This is useful for identifying high-quality or rejected materials.
-
Item Class filter: Enables users to filter inventory by type or classification (e.g., Raw Material, Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods, IM Module items). This helps users focus on specific categories of inventory relevant to their tasks.
-
Column-based filters: Enables users to filter of items by attributes such as item description, lot number, or location.
