Cancel a sample

Use the Cancel Sample use case details to mark the selected quality sample as Cancelled, indicating that no measurements will be taken for that sample. This use case detail is useful when a sample becomes irrelevant due to changes in production, scheduling, or quality requirements, and ensures that only valid samples remain active in the system.

Cancel a sample

• Select the Cancel Sample panel button.

  Complete the use case detail by selecting Save. The sample status is immediately updated to Cancelled.
