View inventory item

Use the View Inventory Item use case details to review the summary properties for the selected inventory item. This function supports informed decision-making by providing a clear view of inventory attributes and lifecycle data without allowing edits.

View inventory item details

• Select the View Inventory Details panel button in the Inventory Management panel.

  The View Inventory Item use case details open. Note that the inventory item detail properties are read only. The following standard inventory properties are available to review:

  • Item class: Classification of the item (e.g., raw, finished).

  • Sub lot number: Identifier for the sub-division of the lot.

  • Received date: Timestamp of when the item was received.

  • Location status: Current status of the item's storage location.

  • Lot grade: Quality of the lot.

  • Lot state: Condition of the lot.

  • Lot expiry date: Expiration date of the lot, if applicable.

  • Work order (WO) ID: Unique work order ID associated with the item.

  • Operation ID: Unique operation ID associated with the inventory item.

  • Sequence (seq) number: The sequence number associated with the inventory item.
