Andon Management

The Andon Management use case provides a centralized, module-centric interface for managing Andon requests within the AVEVA Composable MES environment. Designed for integration into either the Supervisory or Operator user console, this use case streamlines issue tracking and resolution by offering structured access to Andon-related data and actions.

This use case enables users to view and filter historical Andon records, apply quick filters based on entity, type, state, or report time, and access detailed information about each Andon event. It supports efficient decision-making by presenting a clear overview of issue status and resolution progress, all within a configurable tab.

The Andon Management use case is typically embedded in the Supervisory console but can be adapted for Operator use depending on role-specific requirements.

Note: This documentation describes the predefined AVEVA standard Andon Management (Tab) use case (version 1.02) without considering any additional customization.
