Launch the Andon Management use case from the Supervisory console (or Operator console, if configured) and select the Andon Management tab. This opens a dedicated interface that provides centralized access to Andon-related MES functions for the selected equipment or production area.

The Andon Management use case consists of:
Andon List with quick filters: Displays all Andon requests associated with the selected context. Users can browse
and select an Andon entry to review or manage. Quick filters allow users to narrow
the list based on criteria such as Andon entity, type, state, or report time, making
it easier to locate relevant issues.
For more information, see Understand Andon Management filters.
Andon Management panel: Provides panel buttons such as Refresh and View Andon Details. These buttons are always active and allow users to reload the interface or view
detailed information about a selected Andon request.
For more information, see Execute Andon Management use case details.
Use case detail area: The use case detail area is the interactive section for the user to execute MES use
cases linked to the relevant commands. The Andon Management use case displays detailed
information about the selected Andon request. It is a read-only view that includes
fields such as Andon type, issue description, state, acknowledgment notes, and timestamps.
The content shown is based on the current selection and user context.
