Navigate the Andon Execution use case

Open the Operator console for the equipment of interest and then select an Andon task from the pending task list to open an Andon Execution use case. Depending on the task selected, a dedicated Andon Execution use case detail opens where Andon requests can be raised, updated, or resolved.

Navigate the Andon Execution use case

1. Open the Operator console.

2. Select the Task tab.

   All of the active tasks for the selected equipment are displayed in the task list.

3. To access a command task to create an Andon request, select the task type filter Command.

   The list of available command tasks is displayed in the task list.

   

   The Raise Andon task is always available to be used on demand.

   Select the Raise Andon task to initiate a new Andon request. For more information on how to create an Andon request, see Raise an Andon request.

4. To access the list of existing Andon requests, select the task type filter Andon.

   The list of active Andon requests is displayed in the task list.

   

   (Optional): Filter the list further by entering a search term (e.g., type, ID, or status) in the Search field.

   Select an existing Andon task to access the Andon request. For more information on how to review and update Andon request details, see Update Andon request details.
