Use the Start Step use case details to to initiate a specific step within a job once the step reaches the READY state. This use case detail transitions the step into the RUNNING state, enabling execution and data collection activities associated with that step.

Start a step

  • Select the Start Step panel button.

    The start step use case details open. Complete the use case detail by selecting Start.

    The step will start immediately and the step status will change to RUNNING.
