View Andon use case details

Use the View Andon use case details to access a read-only view of key information related to a selected Andon request. This includes the Andon type, issue description, current state, acknowledgment notes, the person who acknowledged it, and the date of acknowledgment. This action helps users quickly review the full context of an Andon without making changes, supporting informed decision-making and traceability within the Andon Management interface.

View the Andon request details

1. Select the View Andon Details panel button.

   The Andon use case details open. Note that the Andon request detail properties are read-only. The following standard properties are available:

   • Andon Type: Describes the category or classification of the reported issue (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).

   • Andon Issue: Provides a detailed description of the problem or event that triggered the Andon.

   • State: Indicates the current status of the Andon (e.g., NEW, ACKNOWLEDGED, NOT RESOLVED, RESOLVED).

   • Acknowledgement Notes: Contains any additional comments or context provided during the acknowledgment process.

   • Acknowledged by: Identifies the person who acknowledged the Andon request.

   • Acknowledge Date: Records the date and time when the Andon was acknowledged.
