View and Edit Hookup Drawing Information

To view and edit existing Hookup Drawing information

1. Select the drawing in the Hookup Drawings List and click Edit on the Home tab, or double-click on the drawing record in the Hookup Drawing List.

   The Hookup Drawing Information window is then displayed.

   

   The Last Edit field displays the date and time when the hookup drawing data was last edited. The user name of the individual that performed the edit is displayed in a tool-tip when the mouse cursor is hovered over the field.

2. Click the button in the field to display the Audit Manager, which will display a list of all the changes to the hookup drawing data.

   The tabs on this window are identical to those on the standard Drawing Information window (Refer to Add a New Drawing) except that there are two additional tabs:

   Template	Used to select the Hookup Template to be used when creating the Hookup Drawing. Refer to Assign a Hookup Template.
   Tags	Used to assign tags to the current Hookup Drawing. See Assign Tags to a Hookup.
