Add Major Equipment to the Catalog

  1. To add Equipment to the project Major Equipment Catalog, open the Major Equipment Catalog and click New in the Records section of the Home tab.

    The Equipment Information window is displayed:

  2. You must enter a Catalog Name and select an Equipment Type from the drop-down list.

    Completion of the Description field is optional.

  3. If the item is being supplied by a Vendor, check the Vendor Supplied checkbox.

  4. Click Save to create the new catalog item and close the window.

    The new item is then added to the grid.

  5. Click Cancel to close the window without adding an item.
