Group by Multiple Attributes

  • Last UpdatedSep 19, 2025

You can group records by more than one attribute. For example, by Area and then by Loop Number.

To group by multiple attributes

  1. Follow the procedure to Group Grid Data by a single attribute, for example, Area.

  2. Drag and drop the heading of the second attribute, for example, Loop Number, into the grouping panel.

    • If you drop the heading of the second attribute (Loop Number) to the right of the first attribute (Area), items will be grouped first by (Area), then by (Loop Number).

For example, each group of item records with the same Area will be sub-divided into groups of items with the same Loop Number.

    • If you drop second heading of the second attribute (Loop Number) to the left of the first attribute (area), records will be grouped the other way around.
