Delete Pick List Values

To delete Pick List values

1. Select the value or values to be deleted and click Remove Item.

   A message is displayed requesting that the deletion be confirmed.

2. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

   Note: If a deleted value has already been assigned to a grid cell, datasheet cell or window field, it will not be deleted from that cell or field. In the case of grid cells and window fields, the deleted value will continue to be available for selection for items of that type (for example, an instrument or a drawing) while any item of that type still has the deleted value assigned to it.
