Add Values to a Pick List

To add an item to a pick list

1. Select the required pick list from the drop-down list and then click Add Item.

   A blank field is added to the bottom of the list of pick list values.

2. Enter the new value in this field.

   The entered value must be of the correct data type for the list.

3. If required, enter a description in the Description field.
