Datasheet Form Catalog Grid

The Datasheet Form Catalog grid is used to create new datasheet form definitions and to edit existing definitions and templates.
To open the Datasheet Form Catalog grid

Click Select in the Grids and Schedules section of the Home tab.

Select Datasheet Forms under the Catalogs heading from the list of grids that is then displayed.
The Datasheet Form Catalog grid is then displayed:

The Datasheet Form Catalog grid displays information for each datasheet form definition.
Datasheet Form Catalog - List Tools Options
The following options are located on the List Tools - Datasheet Catalog tab:

Records Section: |

Refresh |

Open |
Opens the selected datasheet definition for editing. For further information, refer to Map Database Fields to Datasheet Cells and Assign a PickList to a Cell. |

Opens the selected datasheet template in Excel. |

Printing Section: |

|
Number of Copies |
Used to select the number of copies to be printed using the Print Forms option. |
|
Print Forms |
Prints selected empty (blank) Catalog templates (the datasheet Excel spreadsheet template). |
