To delete datasheets

Select the datasheets in the Datasheets List and click Delete in the Records section of the Home tab.
If a selected datasheet has been added to a document list (see Document List), it cannot be deleted, and a message is displayed to inform you of this.
Otherwise, the following window is then displayed:

The window provides the following options:
Delete from List Only
Deletes the datasheet records from Datasheet List, but does not delete the Excel spreadsheets, if they exist.
Delete Datasheet File Only
Deletes any existing Excel spreadsheets, but does not delete the datasheet records in the Datasheet List.
Delete from List and Datasheet File
Deletes both the spreadsheet files and removes the datasheet records from Datasheet List.
Delete Process Properties
Delete process properties from tags assigned to the datasheets.
Delete Instrument Properties
Delete instrument properties from tags assigned to the datasheets.

Click Delete to continue, or Cancel to exit.
