Attached Documents Section

Open For Selected

Opens a list of the documents attached to the selected item.

Attach Document

Enables the selected item to be linked to an external document (for example, Vendor Data PDF, Calibration Sheet Word Document).

Change Folder

Used to change the folder in which the attached documents of selected instruments are located.

Actions Section

Bulk Edit Tag No /Bulk Edit Line IDs

Used to edit multiple Process Equipment tag numbers / Process line numbers. For more information, see Edit Multiple Tag Numbers and Line IDs.

Bulk Update Tag Format

Used to change the tag format of multiple process equipment items or lines. For more information, see Edit Tag Formats of Multiple Items.
