Edit Report Details

To edit a report

1. Select it from the Reports list and click Edit.

   Note: Fixed reports cannot be edited. The Edit option is disabled for reports of this type.

   The AVEVA Instrumentation Report window is then displayed:

   

2. Edit the report details as required.

Edit Report Queries

3. Once a report has been saved, an Edit Query button is available on the window. Click this button to access the Custom Report Editor window, which is used to edit the queries from which the report is constructed.

   The following message is displayed:

   

   Editing the report queries will change the report into a custom report.

4. Click Yes.

   The Custom Report Editor window is displayed. For further information, refer to Create and Edit Custom Reports.

View Revisions Sub-Reports

To view a revision sub-report

5. Select View Revisions Subreport on the Revisions tab.

   The Report window is then displayed.
