Quick Access Toolbar in AVEVA Instrumentation

Options on the tabs can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar for quick and convenient access.

By default, the toolbar includes the Undo and Redo buttons. Refer to Undo and Redo Changes for further information.

To add a tab option to the toolbar, right-click on the tab and select the Add to Quick Access Toolbar option from the menu that is then displayed.

The option is then added to the toolbar.

By default, the toolbar is located above the tabs. If required, you can move the toolbar below the tabs by selecting the Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon option from the right-click menu shown above, or the Show Below the Ribbon option from the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu displayed by clicking the arrow at the end of the toolbar.

Once the toolbar is below the ribbon, the menu options become Show Quick Access Toolbar Above the Ribbon and Show Above the Ribbon, and are used to move the toolbar back to its original position.

The Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu also includes options for removing and returning the Undo and Redo buttons from and to the toolbar.
