Save Database Revisions

Prior to comparing changes, a Database Revision must be saved.
To Save a Database Revision

From the Database Revisions window, click New in the toolbar menu.
This displays the Save a Project Revision... window:

To save the current Database state as a Database Revision, enter a unique Revision Number and (optionally) descriptions and a User name, click Save to save the revision.
Notes: If the current database is large (meaning there are many entries) this action may take a few minutes to complete.
It is recommended that Database Revisions are saved only when all other engineers and designers have exited AVEVA Instrumentation applications.
