Refineries are the industrial plants at which cargoes of crude oil are processed. A location page for a refinery displays the following information:
-
A Refinery Summary component, showing generic information about the refinery and graphs of the crudes that have been processed at the refinery.
-
A Cargo Measurements component that shows cargo tracking assays relating to the refinery. See Cargoes. Any cargo tracking assay where the cargo is refined at the selected refinery is displayed in the component.
-
A Forum Messages component, showing forum discussion messages relating to the refinery. Any forum discussion message whose refinery database category coincides with the selected refinery is displayed in the component.
From the Refinery Location page, you can get direct access to several common functions associated with a refinery:
-
creates a new forum message about the refinery which is added to the message boards.
See Refinery Feedback.
-
allows you to enter a new cargo entry for this refinery. See Add a Single Cargo.
-
edits the list of crude priorities at this refinery.
