You can quickly sort by any column in the database view, in either ascending or descending order.
To sort by a column in ascending order, simply select the column header. Select again to reverse the direction of the sort.
Alternatively, you can select the upwards pointing arrowhead (
), adjacent to the column header, to sort by a column in ascending order. To sort
in descending order, select the downwards pointing arrowhead (
) instead.
The sort field and direction can always be determined by the shaded arrowhead (
) or (
).
