Property profiles

Crude properties can be expressed in different units. Property Profiles allows you to edit the standard units that properties are displayed with. Properties can be displayed using standard Metric or Imperial units, or you can set up your own profile using any combination of units. The default profile currently being used is shown with a tick next to its name.

1. To change the profile being used, select the check box next to the required profile's name. You will be asked whether you are sure you wish to change the default profile.

2. To view a property profile, select the name of the profile. The Standard Properties page shows you the different properties that are configured for use in Assay along with their measurement units. To change the units for a property, select the new units from the menu next to the property's name.

3. When you have finished making changes to the profile, select Update to save your changes.

4. To make a new profile, select the Create Profile button. Select the appropriate units for each property by selecting the necessary value from the menus next to the property's name. When you have finished configuring your profile enter a name and select the Update button to save your profile.
