Alerts

Alerts are triggered when a specific set of conditions are met, which administrators can Alert definitions Alert definitions. When an alert is triggered, an entry is added to the Alert List page. You can also subscribe to any number of alerts, and you will be notified when a condition is met, usually by email.

The different types of alerts are:

• Cargo Alerts - occur when specific cargo events occur, such as a new cargo is entered, or a cargo with particular properties is changed.

• Forum Alerts - occur when specific forum events occur, such as a new message being created.

The Alert List page shows the alerts that have been triggered. Filter through them using column filters, or the Quick Filter.

From the View drop-down list you can select one of the predefined Cargo View, Traded Crude View

and Forum Message View, to show alerts for each event type.

You can also export to Excel using the Export Page or Export All icons.
