The Crude Summary report format shows whole crude property values for common properties, together with property values for a range of standard cuts. The Crude Summary report format provides a simple, single-sheet summary of a single crude that can be viewed and printed in Microsoft® Excel®.

To generate a Crude Summary report, follow these steps:

  1. Select Crude Summary from the Reports menu.

  2. Select the Data Sets of interest and apply Filters to select crudes based on name, reference, region or country. The Filters section also allows you to select crudes by using previously defined filters.

  3. To add the crudes to your report, select the check box next to the crudes, then select Add Selected in the Crude Selection component. See Select and Group Crudes. The selected crudes will be added to the Crude Summary Report area. You can search for different crudes by adding and removing filters using Applied Filters.

  4. To generate a Crude Summary report, select the Generate button. You will be prompted to open or save a file containing the reports. If you have selected more than one crude, the downloaded file will contain more than one report. See Multiple crudes in reports.
