Copy and paste comments

You can copy and paste comments to multiple cells, including row header cells.

1. To copy multiple comments from a CAG grid, follow these steps:

   1. Select the cells containing the comments to be copied.

   2. Right-click any of the selected cells.

   3. Select Copy Comments from the menu.

Comments are copied with line breaks and tabs to separate rows and columns, respectively. Cells without a comments are copied as blank cells.

In the same way, when pasting comments from the clipboard, line breaks and tabs are interpreted as row and column boundaries, respectively.

2. To paste multiple comment to a CAG grid, follow these steps:

   4. Right-click the first cell where you want to paste the comments.

   5. Select Paste As Comments from the menu.

   Comments are copied to the selected cell and to neighbouring cells to the right and to the bottom.
