Add Crudes to the Blend

Add crudes to the blend using the crude selector component at the end of the page.

Specify the Ratio of each crude in the blend. For example, a mixture of Arab Light, Kirkuk Blend and Basrah Light in the ratio 1:2:3 gives a blend that is one-sixth Arab Light, one-third Kirkuk Blend, and one-half Basrah Light.

To remove any entry in the list, click the delete () icon next to the name of the relevant crude.

By default, crudes added to the list have their initial blend ratio set to one. To add crudes with their initial blend ratio set to zero, select the Add new Crudes with zero initial blend ratio check box and click the Update button.

Select Blend Basis

The ratios you enter may be in weight or volume proportions. Set the Blend Ratio Basis option button option accordingly.

Generate the Blend

Select the Generate button in the Settings panel on the right-hand side of the page. The blend is generated and you are taken to the post-generation page. Note that generation may take up to several minutes.
