View messages

You can view a forum message in Assay in a preview window or in a full view page. You can do so from the Forum Messages window or from the list of available messages from forum discussion components, wherever these appear.

To view a message, choose from one of the following actions:

• Click on the subject line of the message. This opens the message in a preview window.

• Hover the mouse pointer on the subject line of the message, then click the arrow that appears to the right of the subject. Choose Preview or View to view the message in a preview window or in a full view page, respectively.

• Once you have finished viewing a message, select the All Messages button to return to the Forum Messages page, or select the Close () icon at the top-right corner of the preview window.

• Alternatively, if you have the correct permissions, you can edit or delete the message by selecting the Edit or Delete buttons in the Edit Message pane, or by clicking the Edit () or Delete () icons in the preview window.
