Refinery feedback forms enable you to provide feedback on your experiences of refining crudes at a particular refinery. Navigate to Data > Forums > New Operating Experience.

A Refinery Feedback form is divided into two sections. The first of these, the Message Header section, is similar to the header section of a Create and edit messages and can be completed similarly. The last section, Details, may be filled out similarly to the Message text and Attachments fields of a generic message.

Each section of an Refinery Feedback form is comprised of a number of fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and must be completed before the form can be posted. If you attempt to post a Refinery Feedback form without having completed all mandatory fields, Assay will issue an error message.

The Details section contains the following special field: Would you process this crude again? The menu allows you to choose from the following options:

  • Conditionally - yes, but on certain conditions which should be described in the comment.

  • Yes - the crude can be processed again at the refinery location.

  • No - the crude should not be processed at the refinery and the reasons for the rejection should be included in the comment.

Once you have completed entering details into your Refinery Feedback form, select the Save button in the Edit Message panel. Your Operating Experience form is posted to the Assay forums. After your Refinery Feedback form has been posted, you can select the All Messages button to return to the All Messages page. Alternatively, select the Cancel button to cancel your form without posting it.
