Blending matrix

The Blending Matrix page shows which refinery streams can be pooled into final products.

The Blending Matrix branch allows you to create and manage the blending matrix used to pool refinery streams. A blending matrix defines the final end products where each refinery stream may be pooled. Each final product of your refinery is typically composed of several different product streams, some of which may be straight-run products and others of which will be chemically modified. The actual final pooling of streams depends on the current operating conditions in the refinery. By configuring a blending matrix you tell Assay where it may direct the intermediate streams in order to blend final products which meet the required constraints.
