Edit blending matrices

To edit a blending matrix select the matrix you wish to edit and click the Edit icon for the Blending Matrix in the Netback tree.

On the Blending Matrix page the process streams are listed as row headings, while the final pooled products are listed as column headings across the top of the page. If a particular process stream can be pooled into a product, then a tick should be placed in the check box for the product's row. For example, to pool propane in LPG select the check box at the intersection of the propane row and LPG column.

When optimising the Netback value Assay will direct a process stream into the most valuable product, while ensuring that any constraints and specifications are met. For example, propane will be directed to the more valuable LPG stream until any constraints are met on this stream. Excess propane after this point will be directed to the next highest-value stream, and so on.
