A CrudeSync share is an entire set of crude data for your company or department. For most purposes a single set of data that is used by all users is sufficient. But an administrator may decide to create one share for crude data that is for test or training, and a second set of live crude data. Or, to reduce the number of crudes visible to a user to a particular set.
