Base load mode

Base Load mode adds a fixed % of the test crude to the Base Blend. It is possible to add a Variable % of final blend where the amount of each test crude can be different and the mix of Base Blend + Test is compared to the criteria. Fixed % of final blend blends the same amount of each test crude separately into the Base Blend. In Base Load mode if five test crudes are used, five separate blends are investigated and compared to the criteria.
