Assay is a client-server application supporting web-based access to crude oil information over the internet or a corporate intranet. Built on technology available from AVEVA, Assay provides facilities for a wide range of tasks, including the following:

• Viewing and comparing crude oil information in tabular or graphical form.

• Generating a large array of reports from database crude oils.

• Generating complete new assays and updating existing assays from new measurement data.

• Blending crude oils, including targeted blending to property specifications.

Strong central administration facilities support highly granular access control to both data and features.

Assay is compatible with modern browsers such as Microsoft® Edge® and Google® Chrome.
