Cargoes

The display of all the currently registered cargoes. The list can be filtered using the Quick Filter text box to search for cargo references or using List Filters (Filter the Cargo List Filter the Cargo List).

You can reduce the number of cargoes displayed by choosing a Filter option. The Filter allows you to show only cargoes issued within a certain time period. Select the required period from the drop-down menu.

The Fix List option shows only cargoes with suspect or invalid data that need to be reviewed.

For extended information on a cargo click the cargo's reference. This will display a page containing more information on the cargo including the refinery and loadport. The Cargo Details page also shows any assay measurements taken and allows for the entry of any updated property measurements.

The Export Page icon allows you to export the cargo details for the filtered cargoes currently displayed on the page as an Excel spreadsheet. Cargo details include the information shown in the cargoes view. You can export details for those cargoes currently shown in the cargoes view or you can export the details for all cargoes which meet your filtering criteria. The Export All icon will export all the filtered cargoes. This can take a long time if many cargoes matched your filter conditions.
