Adding References from the Types Tree

You now have a flowsheet that is ready to run. In this section, we observe some of the dynamic values on the graphic while the flowsheet is running.

1. Expand the References library and select Point.

   

2. Create a new point reference in the Motor Tieback window by clicking in the flowsheet and typing M100_AMPS.OUT.

   

3. Repeat these steps to create M100_FLOW,OUT and M100_PRES.OUT

4. Line up the references next to the equivalent objects

   

5. Save the graphic by clicking the Save button (). Alternatively click the File menu and select Save.
