SCP Application

The SCP application (SCP App) performs identically to that of a real CP. It executes the control strategies, sends and receives data, and controls and regulates processing time. The tasks described in the previous sections are contained in this application.
The SCP application starts and stops from SCP Launcher. Each instance of the SCP application is equivalent to a real CP.
