Restoring Backtracks

In the following procedure, learn to restore backtracks recorded at various time points during the filling of tank TTL1.

In the Snapshot Summary window, select the backtrack from approximately one minute ago. Note the row heading BKT, which denotes "backtrack". Once a backtrack is selected, the Restore button is enabled.

Click Restore

Click Yes to confirm that you want to restore the selected backtrack. Tank TTL1 should be less than half full.

In the Snapshot Summary window, select and restore the backtrack from approximately two minutes ago. Tank TTL1 should be about one-quarter full.

Fill the tank by running the simulation. Click the Resume icon (
).

Freeze the simulation when the tank is almost full. Click the Freeze icon (
).

Close the Snapshot Summary window

When backtrack restoration is performed with one SCP up and running, that particular SCP backtrack is restored. If multiple SCPs are running, the backtrack of all saved is restored.
