To disable the Hyper-V Timer Synchronization Service

On the Virtual Machine pane in Hyper-V hypervisor, right-click the virtual machine that you want to configure and then select Settings.

In the left-hand pane in Management subsection, select Integration Services.

clear the Time Synchronization check box.

Click OK.
