Foxboro® I/A Series® systems allow you to run virtual servers with I/A Series software, and connect them to a virtual AVEVA Simulation for Foxboro Control (Simulated Control Processor [SCP]) software and to thin clients. The virtualization of the I/A Series and SCP software is supported on the Microsoft® Hyper-V™ hypervisor on the I/A Series V90 Server Virtualization Host. The number of virtual images running is performance-optimized, ensuring that virtual servers behave the same as physical workstations.
