The following is a short list of important warnings that the user should know before using SCP:

WARNING: The SCP and DYNSIM simulation computers should never be connected to a production FECN (formerly MESH) network. In addition, it is recommended that the simulation system is not connected to any corporate or business network.

WARNING: Do not switch between Windows login users while using SCP software, as the files created by one user cannot be used by others.

WARNING: Ethernet network switches are recommended for an OTS simulation network. Fiber network switches are neither recommended nor supported.

NOTE: SCP does not support Fault Tolerant Controller Types.
