Implement workaround if "aaStartup.ini" does not exist.

Open Windows Explorer.

Browse to: C:\Program Files(x86)\Invensys\InFusion\View\AlarmServer.

Right-click the AlarmServer folder and select Properties.

Select the Security Tab.

Click the Edit button located in the middle of the dialog box.

Select "Users" in the "Group or user names:" list.

Set the "Full Control Permission" to Checked.

Click OK to save.

Click OK to save.

Restart the Alarm Server by double-clicking AlarmServer.exe in Windows Explorer.

Check for alarms in Process Alarm.
