View Audit Trail Report

To view Audit Trail from Entity summary page

You can view the Audit Trail of an entity by selecting the Audit Trail tab on the details page of the entity.

To view Audit Trail from Main menu

You can view the Audit Trail of all the actions performed on the entities by clicking Reports from the Main menu, and then clicking Audit Trail.

The Audit Trail report page displays the most recent actions in a table. It includes the following details of an action:

  • Date/Time

  • Entity Name

  • Entity Type

  • Version

  • Current State

  • Previous State

  • User

  • Actions

  • Notes/Comment

By clicking the column heading, you can sort the column contents in ascending or descending order.

Filter Audit Trail Report

The Advanced filter is available on the Audit Trail page to let you refine the records that are shown. The filter option is docked to the right side of the page.

To filter and generate Audit Trail report,

  1. Click Embedded Image (65% Scaling) (LIVE) icon in the top-right corner of the Audit Trail page.

    In the Filter window, the following options are available to filter the report:

    • Start Date/Time: Specify the start date and time.

    • End Date/Time: Specify the end date and time.

    • Entity Name: Specify the entity name.

    • Entity Type: Specify the entity type.

    • User: Specify the user name.

    • Action: Specify the action from the actions list.

  2. Click the Filter button to generate the report based on the specified filter parameters.

To clear the filter in the text box, click the Clear Fields button.

The existing details are retained until you apply other filters and generate the report again.

Note:
- By default, the most recent 200 actions are shown on the Reports page.
- The filters are retained across user sessions on the same browser unless the cache is cleared.
