You can add Branch legs to existing branches in the procedure sequence.
Inserting a Branch Leg
You can insert a branch leg to existing branches by dragging the branch leg.
To insert a Branch Leg
-
Open the Recipe Template editor and navigate to the Procedure tab.
-
In the Procedure container, drag the branch leg from the Flow Controls library to the branch sequence where you want to add the new leg. The branch leg must be dropped either on the top corner or top tee of the branch.
NOTE: You cannot add a branch leg as the last branch leg. You must add a branch leg as the second to last, and then move it to the last position.
Deleting a Branch Leg
You can remove branch legs from the respective procedure sequence. When a branch leg is dragged to the garbage can, the garbage can is highlighted and the dragged branch leg is removed from the procedure container.
To delete a Branch Leg
-
Open the Recipe Template editor and navigate to the Procedure tab.
-
In the Procedure container, drag the branch leg (the top corner) that you want to delete from the sequence to the Garbage/Delete can. A confirmation message appears.
-
Click Yes.
Moving a Branch Leg
You can also reorder branch leg from the branch in the procedure by moving it with the same branch. You can move an existing branch leg just by dragging (the top corner or tee) and dropping the branch leg from one place to another within the branch.
