The following table describes the Equipment variable column for an export/import:

You can export variables for Equipment. Make sure that the Equipment is checked-out before doing an import-export.
To export Equipment variables

Open the Equipment Details page.

Click the Variable tab and then click Export. A confirmation message appears.

Do any of the following:

Click Open to open the .CSV file.

Click Save to download the .CSV file at the default location.

Click Save as to save the .CSV file at the location where you want to download the file.

Click Save and Open to save the file and then open the .CSV file.

To add variables for Equipment by importing variables

Open the Equipment Details page.

Click the Variable tab and then click the Import button. The Import Variables slide-in window appears.

Click From File and browse for a .csv file

Once you have selected your source, click Import. The imported variables are entered in the Variable grid.
Importing a variable add new rows but does not update or delete them. -
Check in your Equipment by clicking the Check In button.
